One Vegan Week. Day 5.

Readers I apologize this is my one day a week to get my odds and ends done (and I use that term loosely) so I haven't a substantial blog to post but will have a tip and recipe tomorrow.

 

The day's eats:

Almonds

Applesauce

Brown rice cake with peanut butter

Zucchini carrot walnut salad

Short grain Brown rice cooked with olive oil, mushrooms, onion and zucchini

Roasted beet and avocado salad with citrus dressing

Xocai chocolate

Roasting beets. Yum.
