blender or immersion blender needed:

10 oz almond milk, unflavored (if you don't make your own it's fine to buy it)

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp maca powder

2 tsp flax or multi omega oil

splash of pumpkin spice coffeemate 


whirl it up! It's good warm too!
