It's Easter Sunday. I am launching my internal spring clean. I have a very active vacation coming up and I will need more stamina than my usual lifestyle of slaving over stoves and counters, mentally taxing spreadsheets and beating my hair into beautiful submission provides.
The fresh juice/raw/vegan eating shall commence. So many of you loved the recipes and ideas posted during my last round of all this in the Fall. My workouts will transition to longer and more aggressive to get the stamina even higher and rid the toxins that the raw eating cleanses the tissues of. Dry brushing the skin has been a great toxin reliever the past two months. If you don't already do this please make it your first step! It will also make your skin silky smooth and soft for the skin baring months that are here now.
